Assignment 8: A Line Your Body
One of my friends who is also an art major gave me an idea to use a shirt in relation to the body. I took it a step further and I wanted to incorporate eyelashes into this, but I did not want to sacrifice my eye leashes, so used fake eyelashes. I dipped the fake eyelashes into black paint and that was what made all those marks on the shirt, along with my hand and nails. To create the tree branch-like form, I used oil-based paint pens and my fingertips. To go another step further, I cut out pieces of the shirt. This took me 4.5 hours
